There’s a little blog I read pretty regularly called Odd Todd. Todd is a dotcom bust layoffee who’s managed to make a living mostly with his blog and the occasional freelance gig. He makes these flash cartoons that are usually pretty funny and posts a “Daily Fact I Learned From the TV.” His sense of humor is really hilarious and in spite of the trials of being unemployed has a positive outlook on life that I find refreshing.

Why am I telling you this? Well, NYC is nothing if not a city of surprises and Todd has a great story today about a little NYC insanity that happened while walking his dog.
