A grievous oversight has been committed on my part. I’ve neglected to give credit where credit is due so I’m here to correct it. This post from me and *E*’s trip to Chincoteague is an homage to Pinknest’s love of food with my gratitude.
Why? *E* and I were having trouble making a decision about where to spend a long weekend and Pinknest came to the rescue. She played the crucial role of travel agent for our trip. Anita (aka Pinknest) and Matt (aka the Specimen) had visited Chincoteague and stayed at Miss Molly’s Inn in 2004 and she highly recommended it. A phone call and car reservation later and we were set for a wonderful break from NYC.
Almost right next door to Miss Molly’s Inn on Chincoteague Island is the most excellent little takeaway place called the Sea Star. *E* and I had lunch there two or three days of our visit and the food was scrum-diddly-umptous and you can quote me. They specialize in really fresh healthy sandwiches, salads, and soups. They also make a damn fine cup of iced tea.
They were kinda busy on one of the days we were there so *E* and I took the opportunity for a little horsing around.
