How’s this for genius? It’s the Thumb Thing Book Holder and I think it’s pretty darn clever. Reading books on the train can be tricky, especially when it’s crowded, and this litte gadget would surely help. Now if I could just find something to read. I’m in one of my occasional lulls where nothing seems interesting, thank goodness for mp3 players.

Just as long as you don’t get bumped by a fellow rider, drop your book, throw up your arms in shock at the event, and poke said rider in the eye with your thumb thing.
