Gmail is Google’s free email service. I’ve been using it for over two years as my primary email address and I pretty much love it. It’s easy to use, quickly searches for emails, keeps email replies together as a “conversation”, has built-in chat capability, offers more storage than you’ll need, and is accessible from any computer with a browser. And all this for free. If I haven’t convinced you of its value, you can read more about it here.

Officially, Gmail is still in beta(that’s geek talk for we’re pretty sure it works but not 100% positive*) and as such requires an invitation to join. Now I would think at this point that anyone who would like a Gmail account probably already has one but if you don’t and would like an invitation, click over to my Contact page and drop me an email. I’ll send you an invite post haste and you can start enjoying the benefits of Gmail as I have.

*Believe me, I’ve been using it for two years and it works great.
