My new Macbook and myself are getting along quite nicely, so much so that I feel a tinge of regret every time I need to use a PC. Like at work or the occasional task at home.
It feels odd to put it this way since they’re machines but Macs are “friendly”. There’s really no other way for me to describe the feeling of working with one. And that’s the key point. Macs feel like they’re there to help you work not hinder you which is often the case with PC’s. And this is coming from someone who’s worked with PC’s for years so I pretty much know my way around one.
Anyway, enough with the born-again Mac proselytizing and on to the subject of my post. Here are a couple of fun things to dress up your Mac desktop for the holidays.
Snowfall
A gorgeous snowflake screensaver which you can customize to your liking.
Christmas Lights
A widget that adds a string of Christmas lights around the desktop.

Aaaaw… it’s so nice to hear you’re warm and fuzzy about your Mac.
If you come across the Dia de los Muertos screensaver, ignore it and move on. It will freeze up your new baby…or at least it did mine.
