All Bridges Are Not Created Equal

According to maintenance on two of New York City’s finest bridges.
Things are nice and neat on the Brooklyn Bridge
Not so much over at the Williamsburg Bridge. Or should I say “Williams u gh Bridge”?
Lest you think it’s a question of access, it’s not. I shot both pics standing on the footpaths.
