Has your honey been sitting around awhile? And no, I’m not talking about that lump occupying the Barcalounger. Badda bing!
I’m talking about the sweet stuff, the kind that comes from bee vomit. If it’s been sitting around for some time then it could become crystallized. Fear not because it can be brought back. Just rest the container in hot but not boiling water and the honey will return to a liquid. Also, if stored under dry conditions at a moderate temperature then it never goes bad. Honey, the wonder sweetener!
