Here’s a simple formula for an inexpensive yet surprisingly tasty iced coffee made with instant coffee. It’s a great deal when you consider a whole jar of instant coffee only costs a bit more than your average large iced coffee purchased at a coffee shop.

Take a large glass, I recommend 20-24 oz, and spoon in two teaspoons of instant coffee. Add sugar to taste then fill with about 12 oz of water, stir briskly until sugar and coffee are dissolved. Add milk to your liking then drop in lots of ice and again stir briskly. Enjoy! It’s particularly nice after a steamy evening commute.
