Etsy is a fascinating online marketplace for, in their words, “to buy and sell all things handmade.” The site makes it easy for people to sell their handmade items online without having to build their own website or jumping into the confusing stew of eBay.

What Good Fortune, Not Really
Tonight’s fortunes leaned toward the philosophical.

I’ve gotten this one several times and I’ve always thought it was a cop out. “If you think you can…” then write a good fortune.

Patience of a Saint?
I’m sure that’s fine for some but how about the patience of a rabbi?
There’s a really nice story in the NY Times today about special rabbis, called sofers, who restore Torahs. That’s all 304, 805 letters. By hand. With a turkey feather quill. And handmade ink.
