The next stop will be… Rocks Europe ’07(insert screaming crowd noise) tour has ended successfully and I’m back in the States that are United. You’ll be happy to hear that I represented my fellow citizens well and avoided adding to the Ugly American stereotype. I tried hard to keep the belching and public nose picking to a minimum. That combined with speaking loudly and slowly in English when encountering non-English speakers seemed to endear me with the locals.

I’ve barely begun the process of sorting through all the photos I took. The total count is north of 500 so it’s gonna take a while. That’s one of the downsides to digital photography, it’s easy enough to take the pictures but then you have to become a photo editor to separate the wheat from the chaff. Hopefully I’ll have some time this weekend to start posting the good shots along with an accompanying narrative of the trip.

Speaking of this weekend, I’m participating in the Tour De Brooklyn bike ride on Sunday. It’s an annual 18 mile ride that will be exploring Brooklyn’s southernmost neighborhoods this year. Should be a fun time.
