I thought it was about time that I posted an update to my weight loss plan. It’s a two-pronged approach, diet and exercise. The biking has been a huge help with getting the exercise half of the plan covered. Unfortunately, I’m not doing so well with the diet half. I’m still making poor choices and resorting to old habits when choosing sustenance.

In spite of that, I’ve lost a total of 9 pounds and taken almost two inches off my waist since April which is not too shabby. I’m sure I can improve my progress further if I can work more fruits and veggies into my diet and lose the bread and sweets. It’s good to have challenges in life.
